A Lost Love

Do you remember when you were alone and blue
That’s when I came into your life and believed in you
You gave me hope and I fell for you
I gave you hope and lit up yourself

However things fell and turned up and down
Now we are believing in faith to see each others light
Time is eating up everything we have
I find myself inside myself missing you like never before
Waiting and hoping you’ll come walking through that door

Unsure if you still may believe
Living on the hope that you had once seen
You tell me everything will be alright
But with no intimacy and having you by my side it is so much harder to believe

Silence words as days go on by
Seeing myself desperately longing for you to show just how you feel
Unsure what really is happening with us as we are finding myself often in a cry
It’s been too long and still nothing has come
You said that we would become one till the day one of us dies
Yet forever I have waited and no such has come my way
It’s hard to hear what one can not see
Are we true or lost in another stray day

A fairy tale is how it seems
With you saying we’re real and to try to believe
In my heart I try yet there has never been anytime
So at night I stray and begin only to cry
We use to love each other and be so tight
Now it’s like we were never meant as we had seen
A lost love is what it feels like instead
A lost love gone down in the deep abyss
Only a lost love is what I can see
As of this whole vision was all just a dream instead

How I Feel About You And Me

A big red heart I give to you
Showing you that my love is true
Not one filled with chocolates but one I send you with a key to open the door to see the inside oft real feelings for you

There is not questioning hidden behind the dark corners
All the space you can see is filled and filed with you and me

My one true love I hope and pray that you will be
That we’ll be happy just you and me
To spend forever into nothing but eternity
Growing old together yet in the fountain of youth in the love we share forever more

I’ll hold on to the day that I die and try to show you just how I feel always about you and me

Life With A Migraine

Sharp stabs intensify and throb among my head as my mind swells
Pulsing and pulsing

Pain coming in hard
Eyes draining themselves for all it is they can do to focus and try to see

The tingling begins
Numbing overtakes my entire body
As I begin to feel heavy and was unable to get thru my day.

Throbbing pain beginning to intensify still while light bothers the inner of my eyes

My body feeling so numb and weak
to even lift a finger
Lightheaded and dizzy I begin to fall to my feet
Nausea and vomiting begin to set in

Slurred speech and confusion frustrating more.
Life living with a migraine
Is what my days see almost any given day

One Day

Each time I think about you, you make me crazy
You make my heart beat go boom boom boom and beat so wildly
You fill it and fully complete me
You are my inspiration
My eternity

Loyal like a wolf you stay by me even when we are miles away
You make my heart sing a loud joyous song of peace

You paint a most beautiful picture of our family in my mind and life
I await the day that I can walk by your side
Be yours forever
Forever in your life

For now this is what it is
Yet it’s better than none
a beautiful girl and such a gentleman

I know that you care and that you’ll always be there
I know that you love me
just wish that I could still see more
One day,one day this all will come true
May it be tomorrow or even the new year

I feel in my heart this strong bond that we share.
One day together we will be a true family

Angels Pain

You were never there to watch a world born but you’ve heard the stories told
You’ve witnessed the miracles of your very own. You’ve see things that no one else has seen and know things that no one knows. Yet inside of it all you keep trying your hardest to be pure. Knowing that you will never remain truly pure. However even though you’ve Seen it all you’ve still not seen one thing. You’ve never seen or felt the wrath of a true angels pain.
Weights lifted high in her wings she keeps it all inside, when you look her in the face you can see the stains of how many times she’s cried. You’ve maybe seen all that, but you’ve never seen it all. Angel’s pain goes greater so and travels even more. They have truly seen it all. They’re wings hold them sturdy so that the weight will not make her fall. Angels have no one but themselves to talk to and tell and all their pain stays bottled in and hidden. We have each other to discuss and confide, but instead we try to hide and run instead. Making ourselves so weighed down stress and anxiety, panic, fright and depression begin to take over and set in. We are not angels we can not bare that weight and pain. we do not have the angels wings to support the weight that they bare. You’ve never seen or felt the wrath of a true angels pain.

I Will Stand

you can look at me and call me names

you can break my heart in sensless shame

but you cant take my mind from the truths I know

I can tell you once or tell you twice

but you stay dumbfounded and dont care to know

you can pull my hair and slap my face

i wont always break down and cry

I’ll stand my ground for I have the right to

no matter how hard you fight and beat me down

I’ll stand my ground with every blow

you look me in the eyes

telling me not to try to run my own life

I tell you…

you can try and continue to disrepect all that i say

but I shall stand my ground till i die

At least I respect things that  you say

even when you hit me and make me black and blue

I’ll stand to you even when you least want or expect me to

you will take my flesh with you to the grave

weather you want to or not

because beating me will only bring you shame and a grey soul in life

however I will fight you to the end

you aren’t gonna tear me down

I will stand here and hold my ground

you can take my life or at least try

I won’t run from you and hide

I have no shame or no guilt to hide

i will stand my ground and live on the edge of life

Moving To First Grade

Your life begins as a tiny sized pea
Beginning to grow and change bringing to it it’s brand new form once becoming a baby

As that baby grows from small to tall and growing into old it no longer is such a small baby, then it becomes a child

The child then begins to grow and then understand more and mature still growing as it will to being able to ride a school bus, learning at her own will

Now she’s finished kindergarten another year learned and complete
The school year coming to an end
The child has come so far and ready to move another milestone ahead bringing her to first grade then

You sit back and realize that you have seen so much, yet that you miss so much more she flew right thru kindergarten and caught up with her peers

Time has flown by just as a raindrop falling from the rain cloud in the sky next she’ll soon be becoming a teen uh oh look out she’ll soon then be asking for the keys, or going on a date

Kindergarten in over now
She’s already at first grade beginning next school year

I can’t believe these girls of mine were once my tiny treasures once so small such a short time ago that I was still laying on my belly and that now we are already here at first grade beginning next school year

Growing from young to old is not and easy thing to do, but moving so quickly is one thing that you can’t surpass it’s so

Watching from the sideline as your little one so quickly grows your bound to shed a tear or two

Your babies aren’t babies anymore they are becoming beautiful young girls right before your face with next years new era MOM, I’M MOVING INTO FIRST GRADE!!!

A new excitement brought along with a new song and phrase
A new joy shining in upon her soul white face
Something that means so much to her she now says it everyday like this is really something big

Welcome to your new class girl now you’ll see the old and may find even some new friends beginning in first grade

Next year again will fly by too and quickly move you forward moving you in then to the beginning of first grade

Then you’ll get to watch all the kids behind you and say that was once me last year

You’ll be the new endeavor, the new big girl you’ll be the one to help them thru the year so that they then will be the ones soon moving to first grade

I Gaze At Grey Skies

While lying awake in the early rise of the day

I gaze at grey skies and clouds out my windows slowly blowing past and away

after the storms of the night pounding loud on the house

tornado warnings issued for the counties around me

now flooding the threat for this morning Isee

silence of the storm calming and going away

awaiting the day to fully clear and glow in the morning sun

I gaze out my window not yet knowing what will come today within my day

will it be sunny and beautiful or muddy and filled with rain all day

I gaze at grey skies out my window  today

My day has not yet fully begin with kids still sleeping

there is nothing yet to be done

Time to myself I finally get some of

when a mom of three always seems to be a busy and tough job

this time I have I quietly stay

lying awake in the bliss of the rise of the day

gazing out the window at the grey skies outside

shading the morning of the beginning of my new day

enjoying the stillness and quiet moment that i get before me

Of The Country And For Our Nation

A wife waits at home in worry despair and in alert weary at the door

A son goes to bed each night alone in his bed awaiting the phone to ring

A daughter goes to school everyday with a ribbon tied to her schoolbag

While a mother cries herself to sleep in fear of that possible day she dreads.

You and I hear about it from family, friends or the news broadcasting on air

We don’t feel each of these people’s pains at night

We don’t see the real story behind the scenes themselves

We have not witnessed tradigity or pain as they have

They have seen and been party from the beginning to the end

They have seen and witnessed it all first hand

These are the people of the service who leave their families to fight for rights or protect the nations and fight

They are men and women
Sons, daughters, dads, moms
They can be anyone

My father and grandfather were one of these great men and women of the land.

These are great heros whom I will thank and respect until the end

These are leaders
Someone’s heros
Soldiers
Friends
Prisoners of wars fought lost and won
They are vets and men and women of service
Sent to help and protect our country and fight in many wars
Thanks to all our service men and women of the country and for our nation

Training in the Marines, Army, or Navy to become the best they can be with pride of and for our country

To some who give there lives in the fight and some who gain there medals to fight others loose there lives and never come out and return to home
These are the men and women of the brave

They came in ones, and twos sometimes more
Came by fours or fives
The thousands or so

A friend or foe
A teacher
A judge

It doesn’t matter who they were
They were soldiers
Friends we knew

Men and women of the governments who called them out
Called them to deploy tonight live or die they’d leave loved ones and family anytime day or night

When duty called they’d pack and leave without a fight to go to go where they’d be sent that very night

The Music

It’s all about the music, the music, the music
It’s all about the voice,the voice,the voice
It’s all about the love
The sound
The beat
It’s all about life, life, life

Bringing out the rhythm
Creating the song
Bringing out the song of your heart in all you have done

It’s all about the music, music, music
Hear the song of your heart
Add some vocal
Then don’t forget the beat

It’s all about the music, the music, the music
It’s all about the voice,the voice,the voice
It’s all about the love
The sound
The beat
It’s all about life, life, life
